SpaceX Dates Show Astrology’s Fingerprint

By Susan Abbott Gidel

Earlier this year, I was contacted by Invezz.com to comment on a rumor that Elon Musk was planning to take his SpaceX company public near the Venus/Jupiter conjunction on June 9, 2026. Intriguing.

So, I did some astrological digging and chimed in with the strong opinion that not only would that make sense, but also that it appeared he had used astrology to form the company in 2002. (See “Financial Astrology: Why Some Investors Trust Stars Over Spreadsheets”)

The first-trade date of June 12, 2026 only strengthens my opinion that Musk uses astrology to pick dates and times that will benefit him personally.

Here’s how I reached that conclusion.

SpaceX Incorporation on March 14, 2002

Step 1 was to find the definitive incorporation date and time for the Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX). According to Delaware Secretary of State records, it was formed on March 14, 2002 at 9:00 am in Dover.

Step 2 was to find birth data for its founder, Elon Musk. For that, I turned to the astrology community’s most extensive and definitive database, Astro-Databank, published by Astrodienst, that contains more than 60,000 entries for public figures and significant world events. Each one is vetted and assigned a rating from AA (birth certificate available) to X (date without time).

Musk’s birth data of June 28, 1971 at 7:30 am in Pretoria, South African is rated “B,” which indicates that the information came from a biography.

Comparing the two charts, as shown in Chart 1, reveals the first clue that Musk used astrology to incorporate SpaceX. First, the company’s natal Sun at 23 Pisces is in an easy trine to Musk’s Jupiter at 27 Scorpio (circle with arrow). That aspect shows that the company’s identity will be helpful to Musk’s success.

Chart 1

On an even more granular level, SpaceX was formed on the day of New Moon (always a good time for new beginnings) that was exact at 9:03 pm on March 13, with the incorporation’s midpoint between the Sun and Moon at 26 Pisces 36, a tiny bit more than 1 degree from a perfect trine with Musk’s Jupiter at 27 Scorpio 39.

But, the big tell about SpaceX being incorporated at that specific date and time is the exactness of the company’s Jupiter to Musk’s Sun (circled). Musk’s Sun (identity) stands at 05 Cancer 53 while the company’s Jupiter (success) is just 1 minute of astrological arc away at 05 Cancer 54.

The Jupiter/Sun conjunction between these two charts is an extraordinary connection that occurs just once every 12 years. To be at the same minute of zodiacal arc or one minute beyond narrows that timing down to less than 24 hours. I believe the astrological fingerprint is clear to support the idea that the SpaceX incorporation would benefit Musk enormously on a global scale.

Note that Jupiter was exactly conjunct Musk’s Sun to the degree and minute only from 8:05 pm on March 13 through 5:51 am on March 14, outside of a state government’s typical office hours. Jupiter was one minute of arc beyond Musk’s Sun from 5:52 am to 3:21 pm on March 14, overlapping with the Moon in Pisces only through 10:35 am before the latter moved into Aries. Considering both the New Moon and Jupiter, the window of opportunity for incorporation was about 90 minutes, presuming that state offices opened at 9 am.

SpaceX First Trade on June 12, 2026

Early on, there was talk that Musk would list SpaceX stock near his birthday on June 28 (a Sunday this year). Then, the talk moved to the Venus/Jupiter conjunction on June 9, which would have been a fine date given that it is when the two benefic planets are their absolute strongest with Jupiter (the greater benefic) “exalted” in Cancer, so its very best sign.

This Cancer/Cancer conjunction also occurred on August 12, 2025 (just a few days after Musk got a $29 billion interim award from Tesla’s board of directors), which was the first time the pair had been conjunct in Cancer since 2001; the next time is in 2037. The June 9 Jupiter/Venus conjunction at 25 Cancer was well within a strong trine to his natal Jupiter at 27 Scorpio, and would have been a perfectly fine date to begin SpaceX trading.

Chart 2

But, a close look at the opening bell for Friday, June 12 reveals the Jupiter/Venus that day is the strongest of all for Musk from an astrological perspective. At 9:30 am (Eastern), when the Nasdaq stock market opens in New York, the midpoint between Venus and Jupiter is 27 Cancer 39…exactly trine Musk’s natal Jupiter at 27 Scorpio 39 (Chart 2).

Of course he would pick June 12 rather than June 9! The two planets that literally mean “big money” when they are together are supporting his Jupiter of good fortune and success.

Tie it Up with a Billionaire Bow

The final connection that indicates a beyond-incredible positive outcome for Musk with the SpaceX stock launch is that all three horoscope charts connect to his natal Jupiter, the planet that delivers outsized success.

Chart 3

Chart 3 puts Musk’s natal horoscope as the innermost wheel, then adds in chronological order the SpaceX incorporation as the middle wheel and the SpaceX first-trade as the outer wheel.

A “grand trine” exists across all three charts, indicating incredible ease in how they work together. The Sun/Moon in Pisces of the incorporation chart form a trine to Musk’s Jupiter. The Venus/Jupiter conjunction in Cancer form a trine to both Musk’s Jupiter and the incorporation’s Sun/Moon.

So, the June 12 launch date for SpaceX stock trading ties up all three charts in a beautifully designed, fortuitous bow for billionaire Elon Musk, who could be the world’s first trillionaire (1,000 billions) on a good SpaceX valuation.

My Pick for a SpaceX First-Trade Date

If I had been asked to pick a stock launch date, I would have chosen July 20, 2026 (Chart 4) because that horoscope enhances the company’s success vs. the current setup that enhances Musk’s personal success.

July 20, 2026 has two things going for it when connected to the SpaceX incorporation chart. First, the Sun at 27 Cancer is trine the incorporation chart’s Sun/Moon at 23 Pisces (circle with solid arrow), indicating that the stock will be supportive of the company’s efforts and identity.

Second, the Sun is both conjunct Jupiter at 04 Leo and opposite Pluto at 04 Aquarius (dotted vertical arrow connecting two circles). Those three planets in aspect to one another is what financial astrologer Grace Morris calls “the magic formula” for a stock launch that ultimately will do extremely well.

What’s more, Uranus and Neptune also are at 04 degrees of Gemini and Aries, respectively, forming supportive trines and sextiles with Jupiter and Pluto to the exact degree.

So, even though Musk chose a June 12 launch date for SpaceX stock, do be on the lookout for other companies that might list on July 20 or as late as August 2 for the Morris Magic Formula.
