Pluto Set to Transform Technology

My Favorite Day in November is Tuesday, November 19 because it heralds two decades of transformation in technology and global community.

This horoscope is set for 2:29 pm (Central) when Pluto enters the sign of Aquarius where it will stay through January 19, 2044.

Pluto’s 248-year elliptical orbit around the Sun means that it spends anywhere from 11 years (Scorpio) to 31 years (Taurus) in each zodiac sign. Discovered in 1930, Pluto rules atomic power, waste, the underworld and the masses, as well as the elimination and reproductive systems. It is powerful, disruptive and transformative. It co-rules Scorpio, an intense and passionate sign, with Mars.

With Pluto in Aquarius for most of the next 20 years, it will focus its intensity and transformative energy on the arenas that Aquarius rules—technology, ideas, freedom, individuality, rebelliousness and global community. Famous Aquarians include Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Edison, Susan B. Anthony and Oprah Winfrey.

For context on Pluto’s transformational capabilities, note that it was in Capricorn from 2008-2024 when its focus was on transforming business and government, purviews of that sign. Pluto entered Capricorn in January 2008 and within months the Great Recession ultimately brought significant change to banking regulations. When restrictive Saturn teamed up with Pluto in 2020, the Covid pandemic precipitated transformation in how we define “workplace.” And, as it leaves Capricorn in 2024, it could be transforming how we define the role of government in our lives.

So, embrace the new energy of new possibilities for unimaginable advances in technology and ideas that can change the world for the better. Embrace the energy of Pluto in Aquarius!
